Some approved Partners may become eligible to receive a Partner Introducer Reward when they introduce another Partner who is subsequently approved and goes on to successfully bring organisations into CommitLocal.

This reward is designed to recognise strategic ecosystem growth — Partners who actively strengthen the network by bringing in other quality relationship-builders.

• Partner Introducer Rewards are not automatic — eligibility is assessed at approval
• Available to approved higher-tier Partners (Strategic and Ecosystem tiers)
• Limited to one level only — this is not a multi-level or MLM arrangement
• May be one-time or ongoing depending on the commission structure assigned to your Partnership

Full details of any applicable Introducer Reward will be clearly communicated in your Partner Agreement and visible in your Partner Dashboard.

Standard renewal commission arrangements run for up to 3 years from the date an organisation's subscription begins. Beyond that, continued eligibility may depend on demonstrated ongoing ecosystem participation.

Examples of qualifying ongoing activity include:

• Introducing new organisations to CommitLocal
• Maintaining active, regular participation in the CommitLocal network
• Supporting ecosystem growth activities in partnership with the CommitLocal team
• Meeting annual referral thresholds as defined in your commission structure

When an organisation you introduced renews their CommitLocal subscription, you may receive an ongoing renewal commission for the duration of your commission structure's renewal period (typically up to 3 years).

• Commissions are processed after a 30-day hold period following successful payment
• Eligible commissions are paid at the end of the following month after the hold period clears
• No commission is paid on refunds, disputes, failed payments or cancellations
• All commission percentages and structures are communicated clearly at approval

Your exact commission percentages, renewal period, and payout schedule will be detailed in your Partner Agreement and accessible via your Partner Dashboard once approved.

No. The CommitLocal Partner Program is a relationship-led referral program — not an MLM, network marketing or downline-based arrangement.

• Partner Introducer Rewards exist at one level only — you are never rewarded for recruiting people who then recruit more people
• Applications are assessed individually — there is no automatic approval
• The program is built around genuine community relationships and professional trust
• There is no requirement to recruit other Partners to earn commissions

All applications are reviewed individually by the CommitLocal team. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

The application may progress through the following stages:

• Submitted — we've received your application
• Under Review — our team is assessing your application
• More Information Requested — we may reach out with follow-up questions
• Interview Requested — we'd like to have a conversation before deciding
• Approved / Waitlisted / Declined — final outcome communicated via email
