Road and Vehicle Safety Workshops Delivered for Launceston Families

Starting Point Neighbourhood House organised a series of four practical workshops in Launceston, Tasmania, providing local community members and families with essential road and vehicle safety knowledge. Held between 23 April and 17 May 2025, each 90-minute session addressed a different aspect of vehicle safety, spanning tyre pressure checks, oil maintenance, child car seat installation, informed vehicle purchasing, insurance, and understanding car safety ratings. These workshops were run in partnership with Wheels 4 Work, Kidsafe, the Road Safety Advisory Council, and the Towards Zero initiative.
