You confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of any organisation you represent and that information submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You may submit content including text, data, images, videos, and documents. You confirm that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Licence to Use Content

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content to CommitLocal, you grant CommitLocal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to:

• Display the content on the platform
• Use the content in reports, insights, and benchmarking
• Use the content for marketing, communications, education, and advocacy
• Create aggregated, anonymised, or comparative insights derived from the content

6. Public Visibility

You acknowledge that content submitted to CommitLocal may be publicly visible and shared through platform features, reports, or communications.
