Eat Well Tasmania highlighted the work of Phoenix Community House, where community members pruned, planted and prepared winter produce in the garden. It also provided free pocket guides and a winter recipe book so people could identify seasonal Tasmanian food and learn how to use it, linking community gardening with practical food education.
