Eat Well Tasmania invited adult Tasmanian residents to complete an anonymous five-minute survey about buying, cooking and eating fresh produce. The responses were intended to show how seasonality affects food choices and guide future work and campaigns about Tasmanian produce, giving community experience a role in shaping the organisation’s program.
