Visitors could enjoy a coffee, speak with staff in a safe and pressure-free setting, and choose a discreet free test with a $20 voucher provided. By combining practical incentives with a non-judgemental environment, the House helped reduce stigma and supported community members to access information, early testing and care for a curable condition.
