Eat Well Tasmania documented how the Tasmanian University Student Association’s food hubs are responding to food insecurity among university students. Through its conversation with Kim White, the contribution showed why access to fresh, healthy food supports students’ ability to learn, thrive and participate in community life. It also connected student wellbeing with local procurement, highlighting the role of TUSA, the University of Tasmania and partners such as Source Community Wholefoods in supporting both students and Tasmanian growers.
