In the second episode of its Too Good To Waste series, Eat Well Tasmania featured Hobart chef Luke Burgess preparing a midweek meal from leftover vegetables, meat and pantry ingredients. The demonstration showed that stews, marinades, soups and pasta can be built from food already on hand, giving households flexible techniques for avoiding waste. It helped viewers reframe leftovers as useful ingredients, supporting more economical cooking and reducing the amount of food sent to landfill.
