Eat Well Tasmania profiled Tony, a local producer supplying fresh winter cabbages to the MRC Tas catering veggie-box program. By connecting his produce with that community food initiative, the contribution recognised the producer’s role in making fresh vegetables available through veggie boxes and helped people see the local supply relationships supporting the program.
