The interview introduced varieties including wild chanterelle, portobello and shiitake, while the Tasmanian Producers Directory and recipe collection offered further ways to find and use them. The contribution connected consumers with a local producer, built confidence with unfamiliar ingredients and supported the broader Tasmanian food economy.
