How

Eat Well Tasmania submitted a Budget Priority Statement to the Tasmanian Government for the 2026–27 State Budget, putting healthy eating and food security on the policy agenda. The submission made the case for sustained investment to connect government, community, health, education and food-system partners; improve access to affordable nutritious local food; provide trusted seasonal-eating information; and strengthen prevention, health equity and resilience during cost-of-living and food-access pressures.
