Eat Well Tasmania supported a seasonal cook-up with students and staff at Southern Support School, using silverbeet and beetroot grown in the school garden. The group prepared silverbeet slice and beetroot brownies, creating an inclusive, hands-on opportunity to connect gardening, cooking and shared enjoyment of fresh produce, with the Spring e-book providing further recipes.
