Eat Well Tasmania’s Plate With A Mate lunch with Blueline Laundry and Government House Tasmania gave everyday Tasmanians an opportunity to share seasonal food, build confidence in home cooking and strengthen social connections. With support from Mitch at SPEAK UP Stay ChatTY, the event demonstrated how a communal meal can provide practical resources as well as a chance to check in, connect and feel part of a wider community.
