Eat Well Tasmania used Plate With a Mate Day to bring its team together around Tasmanian produce and extend the initiative’s shared-meal message. Government House Tasmania hosted the gathering, while chef Ainstie Wagner and her team prepared the Plate With a Mate recipes, helping showcase accessible food and creating a resource of recipes for people to use at home.
