Eat Well Tasmania advanced the People Behind the Produce project by working with University of Tasmania students Sarah and Grace to share stories about the people growing and making Tasmanian food. Its Producer Directory gives the public hundreds of producer stories and practical information about finding and buying local food, strengthening connections between households and the local food economy.
