Eat Well Tasmania recognised the Palawa Native 9-Spice Blend as a collaboration between Palawa Kipli and Zea Gourmet that shares Palawa knowledge, stories and food traditions through native ingredients. Inspired by the nine tribes of Lutruwita, the blend connects people with Country while supporting a 100% Aboriginal-owned and operated business. Because profits are reinvested through the Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre and wider community, the contribution also showed how food enterprise can strengthen culture, resilience and food sovereignty.
