How

George Town Neighbourhood House promoted The Road Back Home, a free Trauma Awareness Workshop led by Tash Mansell Trauma Coach. Participants could learn how trauma affects thoughts, emotions, relationships and daily life, while exploring grounding tools and gentle techniques in a safe, judgement-free environment. With limited places and food provided, the House created an accessible opportunity for learning, support and hope.
