For Neighbourhood House Week, George Town Neighbourhood House brought residents together for a day of free and engaging activities. The program included a Great Book Giveaway, book upcycling with Rethink Waste and a smoothie bike, creating opportunities for reading, creativity, environmental learning and informal connection. The event demonstrated the many ways the House supports community participation, welcoming people to learn what it offers while enjoying activities together.
