Eat Well Tasmania recognised Tammy and Helen as community champions supporting the Midway Point Neighbourhood House, with Tammy coordinating the garden and Helen volunteering her time. Their advice to begin growing with hardy mint, together with updates on tomatoes, broad beans, herbs, zucchini and forthcoming corn, gave local residents practical encouragement to grow, harvest and use their own produce.
