How

George Town Neighbourhood House connected children, young people and adults with mental health referral pathways. It offered referral forms for the Royal Flying Doctor Service mental health team, with youth worker Joe available fortnightly on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and adult worker Kate at The Hood from Tuesday to Friday. The service helped community members take practical steps toward support and reinforced that they do not have to manage alone.
