How

George Town Neighbourhood House hosted drop-in support from Mel of Launceston Head to Health Peer Support and Bruce, a Community Engagement Officer from Centrelink. Residents could seek mental-health assistance from 9am to noon and Centrelink help from 9.30am to 2.30pm, without needing to navigate these services alone. Bringing both supports into the House made practical and wellbeing assistance more approachable and accessible for the community.
