The Neighbourhood House asked whether someone could lend a hiab or backhoe to help volunteers remove large poles from its grounds. Volunteers had already cleared the smaller poles but needed machinery for the remaining work. The request invited practical community support to improve the House’s grounds while recognising the limits of volunteer labour. An illustrative image accompanies the appeal.
