How

George Town Neighbourhood House arranged a drop-in service at Hillwood Memorial Hall for people without power, with appointments available later. Staff provided food, blankets, hot drinks, water and other essentials, loaned fully charged portable chargers, and helped residents apply for the Government’s $350 grant. This practical response supported households through an emergency and helped people access financial assistance.
