Eat Well Tasmania partnered with Harvest Launceston and chef Rhys Hannan to develop recipes centred on seasonal produce. The collaboration connected food education with a local market and a working chef, creating a pathway for households to learn how to prepare fresh Tasmanian ingredients and encouraging stronger links between growers, markets and home kitchens.
