Through a live and in-person session at Harvest Launceston with Chef Rhys Hannan, Eat Well Tasmania connected people with the seasonal produce available at the market. The tour highlighted what local producers were growing in winter, demonstrated recipes and helped attendees identify fresh ingredients they could take home for meals during the week.
