At Harvest Launceston, Eat Well Tasmania connected shoppers with local producers and worked with Chef Rhys Hannan to prepare an autumn feast. The Lentil Braise with Smoked Salmon and Micro Greens used produce from Eden Green Micro Farm, 41 Degrees South, Felds Farm, The Grain Family, Elphin Grove Farm and Oldway Farm, demonstrating how market ingredients can become a shared meal and directing attention to the producers behind them.
