How

George Town Neighbourhood House made carpet offcuts, including some large pieces, available for free from 187 Agnes Street. By alerting residents to usable materials that might otherwise go to waste, the House helped people find practical resources for household or other projects at no cost. The offer supported reuse, reduced unnecessary disposal and extended the value of materials within the community.
