How

George Town Neighbourhood House launched its free Footy Fest season for children who enjoy football, inviting them to join themed activities alongside other young footy enthusiasts. Reclink Northern Tasmania helped make the program possible, with support from George Town Football Club, LaunchPads, Hawthorn Tasmania and AFL Tasmania; Communities for Children Kanamaluka funded equipment. The program gave young people an active, social reason to participate, with the image showing the event’s equipment or activities.
