How

Eat Well Tasmania helped people respond to concerns about food fraud by explaining how shorter supply chains and relationships with Tasmanian growers can make food provenance easier to understand. Its interactive map connects households with nearby fruit and vegetable growers and retailers, supporting informed choices about who produced food and where it came from. The contribution also directed the public to the Four Corners investigation and linked the issue to the work of Fruit Growers Tasmania, AUSVEG and Sprout Tasmania.
