George Town Neighbourhood House hosted a drop-in family history session with friendly LDS volunteers, providing laptops for participants or allowing them to bring their own. Residents could explore their family stories, whether starting from scratch or continuing existing research, with access available throughout the advertised 10am–1pm period. The session made genealogical learning approachable and supported connection with personal and cultural roots.
