How It Helped

Systemic inclusion requires both structural change and cultural shift — and cultural shift begins with awareness and conversation. This initiative worked across Tasmania to build understanding of the barriers faced by marginalised groups and to equip individuals and organisations with the knowledge to act differently. By reaching beyond Launceston, it acknowledged that inclusion is a regional challenge that demands a regional response. The long-term impact is a community fabric where more people feel they belong, can participate fully, and are valued for who they are.
