Eat Well Tasmania and the Tasmanian University Student Association created Eat It All, a three-course dinner at Lazenby’s Central Courtyard at UTAS Sandy Bay that turned rescued food into a shared meal. Led by chef and food-waste advocate Sam Bray, the event brought students and community members into conversation with Djuker Willis Hart, Alana Mann, Vanessa Ward and Ruby Fox about food waste, food justice and sustainable eating. Ticket proceeds supported TUSA’s Food Hub, which feeds food-insecure tertiary students, while the zero-waste format encouraged guests to value leftovers and practical waste reduction.
