George Town Neighbourhood House offered residents an opportunity to speak with Bob in an informal, no-appointment-needed setting. By making a support conversation available as a drop-in, the House lowered practical barriers for people who may not be ready or able to arrange a formal appointment. The accompanying image promotes Bob’s visit.
