George Town Neighbourhood House clarified that it would no longer provide direct tech support and instead refer residents to Future Impact Group’s Digital Warriors Program and the Hub’s digital support services. The post also highlighted one-on-one assistance available through George Town Library, with appointments via Libraries Tasmania. By redirecting people to appropriate specialist programs, the House keeps community members connected to help with digital devices and skills while focusing its own effort on other identified needs.
