Eat Well Tasmania told the story of Kate Flint and the Cygnet Crop Swap, where backyard gardeners and everyday eaters meet on the last Saturday of each month to exchange produce, ideas and cooking knowledge. The gathering has grown a food-curious local community, welcoming occasional international visitors as well as Cygnet residents, and its shared crop-swap cake adds a regular social ritual to the exchange.
