The Neighbourhood House shared free creative self-care workshops for mothers alongside The Motherload Regional Tour. The sessions offer simple creative activities, conversation, laughter, refreshments and screenings of the award-winning Motherload Films, with limited adjunct care available. By welcoming every mother, including those who do not see themselves as creative, the workshops support connection, reflection and wellbeing.
