Eat Well Tasmania recruited Tasmanian adults to a 5–10 minute anonymous survey about how COVID-19 had changed shopping, cooking and eating. By seeking responses before the 13 May 2020 closing date and offering ten randomly selected $50 gift cards, the initiative built a broad evidence base for understanding community food experiences and sharing the results publicly.
