Eat Well Tasmania shared survey evidence that many Tasmanians were returning to cookbooks during COVID-19, including respondents who planned meals more often or revisited recipes from their collections. Presenting these experiences helped document how people adapted their food routines and found structure and enjoyment in home cooking.
