George Town Neighbourhood House highlighted the work of Community Connector Kristy and the wider team in helping residents navigate complex systems. Support can include applications for government payments, aged-care paperwork, referrals to housing, mental-health and disability services, and assistance understanding the next step. By inviting people who have benefited from this help to complete the Neighbourhood House survey, the House sought recognition and continued investment for a trusted, locally accessible support pathway.
