How

George Town Neighbourhood House promoted fresh produce and plants from its community garden: Roma tomato and lettuce seedlings, silver beet, coriander and iris bulbs, each offered at low cost. Sales on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays gave residents affordable access to locally grown food and gardening materials while supporting a productive, shared garden.
