Eat Well Tasmania worked with Chigwell Community House and the Families Tasmania team on a winter cooking day that brought people together to prepare and share a seasonal meal. Participants made Family Food Patch’s cauliflower and potato soup, Eat Well Tasmania’s silverbeet and rice lunchbox slice, and beetroot brownies, while gaining practical ideas for using winter produce in family food.
