Emotional regulation is a foundational life skill, yet many children lack early exposure to the language and tools needed to manage big feelings. This puppet show gave young audiences a safe, imaginative space to explore those concepts. By modelling calming strategies through a relatable character, it helped children build self-awareness and coping skills that carry into school and home environments. Teachers and parents also benefited from shared vocabulary and techniques to reinforce the messages beyond the performance.
