George Town Neighbourhood House promoted a varied week of activities designed to support wellbeing, connection and practical care. Residents could access Launceston Head to Health peer support with Mel, enjoy an active smoothie-bike breakfast, use the Pet Food Pantry and hear pet-care advice from Dr Martina. An online Father’s Day auction also offered a way to celebrate dads while supporting the House. Together, these activities give community members welcoming opportunities to seek help, learn, be active and participate.
